That list is not specific for that 4576 build, those issues where already in the previous V14 builds. All reported for many times, ignored till now.
A major issue can be the high CPU load on idle caused by the Play-Fi process. You can disable two… -

The system app that loads during bootup still stays active, so disabling those will bring you nothing (only that Play-Fi will not work). -

No, that also is not possible. You can disable two system apps, by which Play-Fi will not work anymore, but the major part, loaded during boot up, stays active and causes the high CPU loads. -

It said Juli till today, that was even longer back in time, and nothing specific about any update, only that "they" were working on that. So this has changed now

Ist ne feine Sache und spart gefummel und Zeit.
