Dual tuner with 2 PC - live tv how to?

Hi everyone i would like to know how can i setup live tv on 2 pc. i have a tbs 6982 dual tuner, one tuner i want to be accesed by the pc #1 and the other tuner i want to be accessed by the pc #2
PC #1 is server and client , PC #2 is just a client on my other room (laptop connected via wireless) both pc are running openelec 3.2.4
the tbs 6982 dual tuners are connected both to a dual lnb (single lnb with 2 output) oriented at Hotbird 13E
can someone please tell me how can i do this?.

I don't know if its possible at all.
You would need to run a server like VDR two times on the same machine.
Each one configured to another tuner.

Two seperate cards would be much easier. You could use two different servers like tv-headend and vdr at the same time.
This could work with the tbs 6982, too.

After all, i can't figure out whats the reason behind it?!
If you use VDR, the software will autamtically decide which tuner should be used. No need to assign a dedicated tuner to each user.
