Maven 19.4 Shield TV - Kodi dependencies and addons failed to update

Hi.

I hope it's ok I write in English.
I just installed a clean install of Maven build 19.4 latest from October.

All the addons and dependencies are failing to update.
Why is that?

LOG - seems that I can't even install new addons. They all show the same ERROR about renaming or accessing file.
