I can tell "my" users to whitelist your domain, but I 'm afraid that the only way to get rid of this issue is to try get de-blacklisted
The domain is listed in this default pi-hole list: list.2.sysctl.org.domains (http://sysctl.org/cameleon/hosts)
We've emailed the list maintainer asking for an explanation/removal, but we haven't received any response.
That list hasn't been updated since 2018-03-17.

Hast Du vielleicht irgendeinen Ad-Blocker oder sowas installiert? Offenbar wird da von einigen ip-api.com geblockt ... warum auch immer. Das wird von dem Addon eigentlich nur verwendet um rauszufinden, ob Du aus Deutschland bist, weil Joyn derzeit nur in D verfügbar ist.
edit: Ich werd eine workarround einbauen .... dann geht das addon immer davon aus, dass Du as D bist, wenn der Request fehlschlägt

We've recently received multiple reports regarding connection issues, we've tracked the issue to pi-hole, and users using a list that blacklists this domain. They can whitelist ip-api.com in their pi-hole to fix the issue.
