2. Switch back to Kodi Jarvis LibreELEC 7.x and use the usual HLS (non DASH) version of zattoo PVR Client. Since Krypton (LE 8.x) channel switching of HLS streams takes ~8s on all platforms. In Jarvis it was 1 to 2s usually.
