Meine Shield hat mir das Update heute angezeigt, habs dann instalieren lassen. Bisher nichts negatives festgestellt.

Die Screenshoot können nun wieder über die Fernbedienung geschossen werden...tolle Sache...allerdings nicht über Kodi und Netflix...beim abspielen von Filmen und Serien.

Man kann nun endlich eine Tastatur mit den deutschen Tastatur Treiber verwenden...ohne eine extra App dafür zu verwenden...schon jahrelang gewünscht...tolle Sache...nun klappt es auch mit den deutschen Sonderzeichen über Kodi.

Und die Spracheingabe mit Fernbedienungen von Drittanbietern funktioniert wieder.

Hat noch jemand das Problem, dass nur noch 50hz, 59,xx und 60 hz angeboten werden? Kann sowohl in den shield settings als auch in Kodi keine 24hz mehr aktivieren
Aufbau ist Shield-> Pioneer VSX830 -> Epson Tw9200

Probiere mal ohne AVR dazwischen. Bei mir werden alle Auflösungen angeboten.

Habe kein AVR und es werden auf der Shield alle Auflösungen angeboten.

dave90: Hat der AVR zwei HDMI out? Wenn ja, wenn da was dranhängt, zieh es mal ab. Bei mir lief danach alles wieder. Denke es liegt am 7.1 Update.

Würde mich nur noch über eine freigeschaltete CPU Kerne Anzeige freuen...so wie es mal bei Nougat der Fall war.

glaube das wird nicht mehr gehen, weil google in oreo da nen riegel davor geschoben hat

edit: hehe sehe grad, genau das gleiche hatte ich in dem oreo thread schon geschrieben

Na ja das mit den Screens haben sie ja auch wieder ins Boot geholt
Eventuell lässt man sich ja auch diesbezüglich erweichen

naja hatte dazu einen thread direkt bei google gelesen wo sich einige app devs für android aufgeregt habe das ihre app nicht mehr richtig funktioniert und dort wurde seitens google eindeutig klargestellt das dieser abruf ein sicherheitsrisiko darstellen würde und missbraucht werden könnte.

aber @Onkel-W du hast recht, die hoffnung stirbt zuletzt

wenn ich den thread nochmal finde hänge ich es hier an, dann kann sich jeder sein eigenes bild machen.

Hey, sorry für die späte Rückmeldung. Ich konnte das Problem ebenfalls durch abziehen aller Geräte und einen darauf folgenden Neustart lösen Danke für den Tipp!
